It is the mission of Boys & Girls Clubs of Dane County to inspire and empower all young people, especially those who need us the most, to reach their full potential as productive, responsible and caring adults. Since March 16, 2020, our clubs have been closed to the public and are not being utilized to provide in-person childcare or after school programming. We have in turn repurposed our clubs to be daily and weekly food distribution sites, provide access to educational supplies and PPE (personal protective equipment) distribution to support community needs during this pandemic.
As a youth development and childcare organization we are Mandated Reporters required to report any allegations of child abuse or neglect to the Department of Children and Families. Boys & Girls Clubs of Dane County adheres to the WI Background Check process for all staff and volunteers in our programs. We employ strict policies and hours for community center usage outside of our licensed childcare and youth programming hours.
Boys & Girls Clubs of Dane County is committed to providing a safe environment for youth in our community.
